Why we built it
Client work runs on memory — and memory leaks. Confidere was born inside a global advisory firm, where this problem is felt every single day across thousands of client relationships. We built the tool we wanted for ourselves: speak for sixty seconds after a meeting, and walk into the next one with a grounded, cited brief assembled from everything you and your team have captured. What makes Confidere different
Recorders capture words. Confidere captures judgment. Most tools sit in your call and hand you a transcript; Confidere doesn't join your meeting at all. Sovereign by default
Our customers are trusted with their clients' most sensitive relationships, so we hold ourselves to the same standard. Confidere is EU-hosted by default (Google Cloud, europe-west4), with a layered sovereign path all the way to a fully air-gapped, on-prem deployment for firms that cannot depend on external cloud. No ads, no cross-app tracking, and we never train on your client data. Our approach aligns with GDPR, DORA and the EU AI Act (Art. 50).
